Not able to claim prizes and receive my likes and followers.

It is a great app, it helps me gain followers and likes, but even since last week, I was not able to claim any of my prizes. After all that time trying to fix the problem, it still doesnt work. Ive tried restarting my phone, re-downloading my app and even tried to see if its just my account by logging into another. Please help fix this problem.
